  Washington Genealogy Guides
  Kathleen Allen O'Connor, of Gonzaga University, began a project to produce a Washington State Genealogical Resource Guide. WSGS gave her a grant to help defray the costs of her project. She began gathering information from libraries, archives, societies, etc., for all counties within the state. Charles Hansen has now taken over the project. It is being made available here, as the counties are completed. EWGS member Charles Hansen chairs this project for WSGS.

Their website has a number of resources focused on the history of Washington State women.

  The purpose of the Westerners Spokane Corral is to bring together in warm fellowship men and women who have a common interest in Pacific Northwest history. The Spokane Corral meets the third Thursday of every month, except July and August. Westerners encourage historical research and popularize western lore and history through publication, awards and preservation of archival records, documents and other evidence of the Pacific Northwest.
